1. This website is operated by Fieldhouse Flowers. Where these terms and conditions use terms such as “I”, "we", "us" and "our" they refer to Fieldhouse Flowers. 

2. By visiting our website including all the information, tools and services available on it, and/or purchasing something from us, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions, and the associated privacy policy available here

3. You can view the most current version of these terms and conditions at any time by visiting this website page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms and conditions, without prior notice to you, by posting updates on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page on each visit to your website, read these terms and conditions and ensure you understand them before making a purchase.

4. We offer seasonal fresh flowers, and our bouquets and bunches are offered as "whatever’s in season" Please look at our Social media feeds to see what is likely to be available. All orders will be bespoke and individual.

5. Because we are a seasonal flower farm, weather conditions may affect our ability to provide fresh flowers. I will always fulfil your order but may need to buy in from other growers.

6. We are a working farm: You will need to wear suitable clothes and footwear - Trainers or boots, not open toed sandals.

7. Our sessions will normally continue in inclement weather. I use the BBC Weather App and, should the forecast look bad I’ll email you the evening before giving you the option to postpone to a later date.

8. We cannot guarantee any varieties of flowers as we are subject to the vagaries of the English weather..

9. You will need clean buckets in which to transport your PYO flowers home.

10. I may take photos of the flowers I have made/picked and post them on social media or my website as marketing promotion. Your name will not be mentioned except by initials and only then if I’ve asked your permission.

11. These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
